Regional Advisor - Lower Mainland, BC
This position acts as WBF’s ambassador for the Lower Mainland region in British Columbia. Using community knowledge they support recruitment activities, provide informational sessions, applicant screening, and support indigenous engagement with our programs. He/she also coordinates programming, liaison with partners, assist students in finding work through earned referrals, and mediates employer concerns. This is an all-encompassing role supported out of the Edmonton office.
Industry Relations Lead
To ensure that WBF achieves its annual employment outcomes by securing meaningful work experience and employment opportunities for graduates/alumni. Other key responsibilities include ensuring WBF maintains long term, values aligned partnerships with industry- employers, associations, unions and other. Identifies workforce development trends and areas of opportunity.
